Rodney N. Hancock

Rodney Hancock serves as Broker-In-Charge and is a founding member of Southern Shores. Rodney obtained his real estate license in 2002 and has since worked with hundreds of clients throughout the Lowcountry and overseen hundreds of brokerage transactions as the Broker-In-Charge. Rodney truly represents the Southern Shores tagline of Encompassing the Real Estate Life CycleTM with his experience, sales and knowledge of general brokerage and acquisition real estate, property management, regime management and all of the Southern Shores entities. Rodney believes in a lifetime of service to all of his clients, a solid work ethic, strength in negotiations and teamwork. Prior to entering real estate, Rodney was a Citadel baseball All American and played professionally with the Pittsburgh Pirates organization.
