Jody serves as the Director of Southern Shores Property Management Group, LLC, and is a licensed real estate agent. He graduated from Francis Marion University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. A Charleston native, Jody is familiar and knowledgeable with the Lowcountry region and beyond. Jody boasts over 13 years of sales and business management experience with top corporations, and his experience has translated to client and property owner satisfaction. As a real estate investor himself, Jody developed a passion for the real estate field and obtained his real estate license in 2007. In addition to quality service, Jody focuses on new areas of business development for property management.
