Chris is a Broker and founding member of Southern Shores. A native of Aiken, South Carolina, he is the company’s leading specialist in the area of real estate acquisition. A 2002 graduate of The Citadel Military College of Charleston, Chris gained extensive experience in real estate sales as an independent contractor/sales associate for several other Charleston real estate firms after receiving his real estate license in 2003. In addition to his real estate clients, Chris has served hundreds of clients for all of the Southern Shores entities including the areas of property management, vacation rentals, regime management and maintenance. Additionally, Chris believes in building strong relationships with his clients and always listens to their specific needs. He also serves on the board for his homeowner’s association.
