Ashley Hancock serves as the director of Southern Shores Regime Management Group, LLC, and is a licensed real estate agent. A Lowcountry resident for 10 years, Ashley graduated with a degree in international business from the College of Charleston in 2002 and went on to earn a Master of Arts in Philanthropy and Development from St. Mary’s University in Minnesota. As Director of Annual Giving at both The Citadel and Roper St. Francis Hospital, Ashley was responsible for raising well over $1 million annually, as well as leading and planning major fundraising events, including a gala featuring Ret. Gen. Colin Powell as the speaker. Her interest in regime management began as she and her husband became involved in real estate acquisition. Her excellent communication, personal and organizational skills developed from her experience in fundraising and have proven to be extraordinarily beneficial and essential in her work in the regime management business.
