The primary focus of the Southern Shores Property Management Group covers three major areas: full-service management, revenue optimization and resident relations.

FULL-SERVICE MANAGEMENT: Southern Shores assumes responsibility for all accounting, rent collection and tenant relations, as well as supervision of all on-site managerial maintenance activities.

REVENUE OPTIMIZATION: At Southern Shores, the successful control and enhancement of real estate investment properties is our goal. We work for you by finding qualified tenants, collecting rental income, controlling expenditures, and heading-off possible maintenance problems.

RESIDENT RELATIONS: Southern Shores believes in keeping the proper balance between tenant/management relations. We assume responsibility for all tenant interaction relating to rules enforcement. We will screen all applicants, enforce rules and regulations, serve legal notices and initiate and supervise evictions from start to finish when necessary.
